The apartment was located in a great area, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with any questions we had. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was important for us to stay connected during our city break.
One issue we had was with the hot water. We had trouble figuring out how to turn on the geyser, which meant we had to take a couple of cold showers.

The apartment I rented was perfect for my trip to Lusaka. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the location, which was close to many restaurants and shops. the apartment was cleaned every morning, which was a bonus.
Although the apartment was great, there was a lack of communication from the staff. I had a couple of issues, such as not being able to get hot water or not knowing how to turn on the geyser, and had trouble getting in touch with anyone to help me.

I had a delightful stay here! The hotel's location is very convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of this hotel is remarkable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel's complimentary breakfast was a great start to my day.

We appreciated the clean bedding and towels every morning. the gate-man was very friendly. the apartment was spacious and had a comfy seating area, perfect for our group of friends.
